Junior Financial Controller

Role Summary:
An exciting and challenging vacancy has become available in our Finance Department – Junior Financial Controller, based in Moldova (Balti or Chisinau).

Responsibilities:

Preparing Financial Statements
Review and update internal reports according to agreed conditions and terms
Manage databases and payment systems
Cash collections
Communicate with consultants, accountants and external clients
Handle incoming emails
Contribute to continuous improvement of Company financial processes
Ensure alignment of relevant procedures and the best practices of Internal Control

Profile:

Fluent spoken and written English is a must
University degree in accounting, finance, or related fields
Work experience in finance positions is a plus, but not mandatory
Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat
Ability to manage time effectively in order to meet goals, objectives, and deadlines
Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work well in a global environment
