Accounting Specialist

We are looking for an Accounting Specialist to join us. In this role, you will be responsible for comparing and migrating financial data in spreadsheets and our internal software. The position is full-time and requires office presence.

Responsibilities:

• Input and update financial data into our spreadsheets and internal softs;
• Process bills and invoices;
• Verify the accuracy of entered data to ensure completeness and correctness;
• Identify errors and take appropriate corrective action;
• Communicate via email/phone with drivers, or internal and external customers to resolve billing issues and facilitate timely payments;
• Analyse and resolve pay discrepancies and address issues;
• Prepare and process weekly payroll;
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• At least B1 level of English (written and oral);
• Proven experience in data entry or a similar role, preferably in accounting;
• Use basic systems and programs (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Google Drive, etc.).
