Backend Developer (M/W)
We are looking for a talented Backend Developerwith a strong technical background and a passion for high-quality, scalable backend systems. You’ll be working alongside experienced developers in a collaborative and agile environment, contributing to complex, real-world software solutions for various industries.
Key Responsibilities
As a Backend Developer, you will:

- Design, develop, and test backend components and APIs
- Build and maintain reliable, secure, and scalable backend services
- Participate in technical discussions, peer code reviews, and solution design sessions
- Work closely with Product Owners to define implementation priorities and deliver value-driven features
- Write and maintain user stories and documentation in collaboration with your team
- Implement and maintain automated testing (unit, API, integration, functional)
- Ensure software development best practices are followed and actively contribute to their improvement
- Support and mentor junior developers, when needed
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in Java backend development
- Proficiency in Spring / Spring Boot framework
- In-depth knowledge of REST API design principles and implementation
- Experience with messaging systems (e.g., Solace, RabbitMQ, ActiveMQ, or Kafka)
- Strong understanding of relational databases, especially PostgreSQL
- Fluent English (spoken and written)
- Experience with graph databases (Neo4j, Cypher query language)
- Knowledge of the Go programming language
- Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms like Google Cloud
- 3+ years of experience working in Agile environments
- Knowledge of French is a plus
