Commercial Manager with English and Spanish

We’re not looking for years of experience (at least 6 months required), but for passion and the drive to help people succeed.

- Fluency in English and at least a B1 level of Spanish are required.
- Coordinating a team of 5-7 purchasing specialists and overseeing the purchasing activity of the team for our Chisinau office.
- Providing proximity management for the acquisition team.
- Recruiting, training, evaluating, and supervising the subordinated team.
- Ensuring the transfer of tasks to team members and providing problem-solving support.
- Analyzing the team’s results and reporting them to top management.
- Motivating the team and proposing actions to achieve the objectives/targets and set KPIs.
