INTRO

We are a small team of education enthusiasts at Air Business Class! We like to think, do research and write super-clear materials that make people’s lives easier. In short, our mission is to create interactive online courses from which new employees in our company learn how to do their jobs quickly and easily.

We teach people in a way that’s genuinely easy to understand, useful and memorable. We make our materials fun. And we combine education with art!

As a member of our team, you will write super-clear educational texts based on research and interviews with subject matter experts. You will then create engaging and useful practice activities. And you won't do it alone! You will always be able to contact subject matter experts for more information any time, and your team will be there to help you as well.

If you have no experience, we will teach you how to do it! Most people start from scratch with no experience whatsoever. All you need is an interest in writing.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Research. Interview experts about the topic assigned to you. Read online materials about this topic.
• Educational writing. Write down everything you learned. Structure the information in a clear and accessible way.
• Creating activities and tests. Come up with quizzes and challenging questions about your topic..
• Upload everything into our online course (it’s easy!)
• Occasionally, edit images or create short gifs. We will teach you how to do it, so don’t worry! It’s not as intimidating as you’d imagine. :)
• In other words, you will build online courses from A to Z.

WORK CONDITIONS

• salary starting from $1,000-$1,300
• 7h work shift + 1h of breaks in the beginning. In the long-term, flexible schedule
• flexible schedule based on work done, not hours
• official employment, paid vacation 28 days per year, salary on your debit card
• fully remote, with occasional office meetings (more in the beginning, fewer as time goes on)
• genuinely helpful and friendly team, good vibes

REQUIREMENTS

• An English level of at least B2, C1-C2 desired
• A personal interest in writing or learning

OTHER REQUIREMENTS

• Experience in writing of any kind is advantageous but not required
