At Miracle Movers, a rapidly expanding Canadian moving company, we're dedicated to making relocation seamless for both residential and commercial clients. Our Chisinau office is on the hunt for a Customer Success Specialist—a role blending the finesse of sales with the heart of customer service.
Who You Are:
- Proficient in English, both spoken and written
- A natural at sales and customer service, marked by perseverance, patience, and courtesy
- Eager for a lasting career with us

Your Role:
- Champion our moving and storage solutions via phone, email, and live chat
- Craft precise moving quotes while adhering to pricing standards
- Ensure constant communication with clients, addressing queries and smoothing out pre-move concerns
What We Offer:
- Initial 1st-month probation with a starting salary of 12,000 MDL
- Post-probation competitive pay (Base Salary + Progressive Commission). Potential earnings between 18,000 to 40,000 MDL within 12 months
