Customer support specialist (Part-time)

- At least 1 year of experience working in a customer support team;
- English proficiency at the B1+ level or higher;
- Fluency and confidence in Romanian;
- High level of self-discipline, punctuality, and accountability to the team;
- Results-oriented, with the ability to identify and resolve problems.
- Processing written inquiries from restaurants and service customers;
- Handling courier delivery requests by making follow-up calls (you will need to call them and resolve their issues);
- Providing users with written instructions regarding the product, the app, and its features.
