We are seeking a Marketing Manager for a leading company in the industrial sector.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute impactful marketing strategies tailored to business objectives.
- Plan and oversee product launches and promotional campaigns.
- Conduct market research and analyze competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
- Manage and optimize the marketing budget effectively.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure alignment between marketing and sales strategies.
- Measure and report the performance of marketing campaigns, providing actionable insights.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field;
- At least 5 years of experience in marketing management, preferably in the industrial sector;
- Solid expertise in digital marketing (SEO, SEM, social media) and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot);
- Proven ability to create and execute effective marketing plans aligned with business goals;
- Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple campaigns;
- Fluency in Romanian and English, both written and spoken;
- Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills;
- Creative, results-driven mindset with strong collaboration abilities.
