Microsoft Dynamics Capability Lead

ROLE PURPOSE
The Microsoft Dynamics Capability Lead will provide technical leadership and vision for Dynamics 365 solutions within the European team. The Capability Lead will drive the success of Dynamics-related projects and oversee the growth of a high-performing team of Dynamics professionals. This role requires expertise in Dynamics 365, solution architecture, consultancy, and pre-sales engagement. The Capability Lead will work closely with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure high-quality solution delivery and client satisfaction.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Technical Leadership & Team Building

• Serve as the key technical expert on Microsoft Dynamics 365 within the European team.
• Recruit, mentor, and lead a team of five Dynamics professionals to support delivery and implementation.
• Establish and promote best practices for Dynamics 365 solutions and ensure high-quality technical delivery.

Pre-Sales & Client Engagement

• Collaborate with the sales team to drive pre-sales activities, providing technical input and shaping client proposals.
• Deliver technical presentations, demonstrations, and proof of concepts (PoCs) to showcase Dynamics capabilities.
• Engage with prospective and existing clients to understand their needs and propose tailored Dynamics solutions.

Solution Architecture & Delivery Oversight

• Act as a Solutions Architect to design, develop, and implement Dynamics 365 solutions (including Finance & Operations, Customer Engagement, and Power Platform).
• Work closely with clients to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Oversee project delivery, conducting technical reviews, ensuring quality assurance, and validating solutions.

Consultancy & Stakeholder Management

• Provide strategic advisory services to clients on leveraging Dynamics 365 to achieve their business objectives.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.
• Support the development and expansion of the Dynamics capability within the organization.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Extensive experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (e.g., Finance & Operations, Customer Engagement, Power Platform).
• Proven track record in a Technical Lead, Team Lead, or Solutions Architect role within a consultancy or solutions environment.
• Strong pre-sales and client engagement skills, including proposal development and solution demonstrations.
• Expertise in designing and implementing Dynamics 365 solutions, with a focus on quality assurance and project delivery.
• Ability to recruit, build, and lead a team of technical professionals.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and consultancy skills.
• Strategic mindset with the ability to align technical solutions with business objectives.
