Ideal candidate profile:
- Sales pitch mastery – ability to deliver concise, persuasive offers;
Fluency in Romanian and English;
- 6+ months in telesales, outbound calling, or lead generation roles;
- Experience handling high-volume call environments;
- Background in B2C sales, services, or product promotion is a plus;
- Familiarity with CRM systems or call tracking tools.

Key Responsibilities:
- Contact leads via outbound calls and deliver clear, persuasive pitches;
- Identify customer needs and tailor the script to their context;
- Manage objections using active listening and reframing techniques;
- Ensure follow-up communication via messaging (e.g., WhatsApp, SMS, or email);
- Use CRM or internal tools to update lead status and call outcomes.
Participate in coaching sessions, training, and feedback loops.
