About the Role
You will handle customer reservations and respond to pre- and post-travel inquiries via phone and email. Your goal is to provide clear, effective solutions while continuously improving your product knowledge.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers with bookings and travel-related inquiries.
- Collaborate with sales and booking teams to streamline customer interactions.
- Escalate technical issues and support resolution efforts.
- Share insights to enhance the customer journey.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in customer service, preferably in the travel industry.
- Proficiency in English (B2+); additional languages (Spanish, French, etc.) are a plus.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage challenging conversations with professionalism.
- Availability to work from the office.
- Self-motivated, reliable, and detail-oriented.
