There is a lot to do. That’s why we are looking for a remote Product Manager (m/f/d) to support and strengthen our Frankfurt-based team.
Product Manager
As a Product Manager (m/f/d) at ANTELOPE, you take responsibility for the full product lifecycle of our smart training and recovery products—from development and series production to continuous improvement of existing products. You work closely with internal teams (Development, Procurement, Logistics, Quality Assurance, Marketing, Customer Care) and with international suppliers and partners. You combine technical and textile know-how with strong organization, a hands-on mindset, and high quality standards.
YOUR TASKS:
- Independent product management for our products and future innovations
- Planning and managing production processes, including production approvals, quality inspections, and delivery coordination
- Contributing to R&D projects on new materials and manufacturing technologies
- Optimizing existing products based on customer feedback and market analyses
- Maintaining technical documentation and production guidelines
- Managing international suppliers—from prototype to mass production
- Coordinating the supply chain with Procurement, Logistics, and Quality Assurance
- Analyzing trends in EMS, wearables, and smart textiles
- Creating and aligning packaging, labels, and artworks with Marketing & Design
- Developing new product and training experiences for our customers
YOUR PROFILE:
- Completed degree or vocational training in textile management, product management, industrial engineering, sports technology, or a comparable field
- Professional experience in product management, ideally in textiles, wearables, sports equipment, or consumer electronics
- Strong technical understanding of electronic components, firmware, and smart products
- Analytical mindset, high precision, and attention to detail
- Flexibility, a hands-on mentality, and enthusiasm for development and innovation
- Confident use of MS Office; experience with ERP/PIM systems (e.g., SAP) is a plus
- Very good English skills—international communication is part of your daily work
