About the Role: As a Recruitment and Training Analyst, your main responsibility will be managing the full recruitment process. This includes posting job openings, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and coordinating communication with both candidates and hiring managers. In addition to recruitment, you will support internal training and employee development activities to help foster a positive and growing work environment.

Profile:

• University degree or student in final years.
• Fluent spoken and written English is a must.
• Highly tech-savvy and adaptable, with the ability to quickly learn and use various digital tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Hardworking and committed to delivering results.
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to handle high-pressure situations and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Highest ethical and professional standards.
• Previous experience in HR is nice to have.
