About DigiTax

A tax platform for sole traders, self-employed people and small businesses: income tax returns, VAT, RCT, payroll and bookkeeping.

We serve clients in their own language: English, Romanian, Russian, Ukrainian.

The role

You are the first person every new client speaks to. Every enquiry — WhatsApp, phone, email, website chat, social — comes to you. You answer it fast, work out what the client needs, explain our service and pricing, and sign them up.

What you will do

• Answer all inbound enquiries quickly, in Romanian, Russian or English
• Qualify each one: employment status, income sources, filing obligations, deadlines
• Explain our services and pricing, convert enquiries into clients, follow up on open leads
• Onboard new clients: collect documents, set expectations, hand over to the accounting team
• Handle day-to-day client service: updates, document chasing, deadline reminders, complaints
• Log every enquiry and outcome in our CRM; escalate technical tax questions rather than guessing
• Carry extra volume during Irish filing season (September–November)

Requirements

• Excellent sales and customer service skills in spoken Romanian, Russian and English — confident and natural on the phone in all three
• 2+ years in sales, customer support, contact centre or account management
• Comfortable selling a service: confident on calls, able to ask for the sale
• Clear writing, strong organisation, nothing left unanswered
• Confident with CRM, WhatsApp Business, shared inboxes, Google Workspace
• Reliable internet and a quiet place for calls
• Nice to have: Ukrainian; background in accounting, tax or fintech
