What Your Day Will Look Like

• You will speak with business owners who need support from companies like ours and who are looking for reliable people to join their teams. Many of them work under pressure and value clear, calm communication and practical solutions.
• Your role is to explain how RabotaNet can help them find the right employees; clearly, honestly, and professionally. Confidence will be built and refined together with the team.
• We do not push or rush people. We build relationships steadily and for the long term; with our clients, and just as importantly, with you as part of our team.

What You Will Do

• Talk with potential clients by phone and online (in your native language; Romanian or Russian)
• Learn to understand their needs and challenges
• Offer recruitment solutions that genuinely help Moldovan companies
• Build long-term professional relationships
• Work towards monthly goals with your team
• Keep your work organised and transparent

Who We Are Looking For

• You communicate clearly and respectfully
• You are reliable and take responsibility seriously
• Sales or customer service experience is helpful, but not required
• Romanian or Russian fluent (key working language)
• English – good working level (for the purpose of collaboration with your support team from different European countries and teams on other continents)
• You are comfortable working on a computer
• You are looking for stability and long-term work, not a short-term role
