Complexica Moldova is looking for a Senior Delphi Software Developer to join our talented team!

As part of our expanding team, we are seeking a skilled and motivated developer to support our logistics division. You’ll collaborate with a fantastic team that has built a strong, supportive culture - one that values both teamwork and individual autonomy, while fostering professional excellence.

In this role, you will bring fresh ideas and enthusiasm to the development of our logistics products, including:

• Terminal Operating System
• Transport Management System
• Rail Management System
• Empty Container Park Management System
• Other advanced logistics solutions

Key Skills and Knowledge:

• Expertise in Delphi.
• Strong knowledge of OOP, SOA, microservices, and databases (MSSQL, MongoDB, PostgreSQL).
• Proven ability to solve complex problems, optimize performance, and lead projects.
• Experience mentoring junior developers and building strong business/IT relationships.
• Familiarity with IaaS, Azure/AWS, and Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence).
• Some knowledge of Java, .Net or C++.
• Understanding of Web Development Technologies such as React or Angular.
