System Analyst

We're looking for the System Analyst to join our team in Chisinau.

Responsibilities:

Observe and analyze the current IT systems and workflows to understand their functionality and limitations.
Review, update, and complete existing system documentation.
Prepare detailed technical documentation, including epics, user stories, and functional and non-functional specifications.
Work closely with developers, QA engineers, and other IT team members to ensure requirements are understood and implemented correctly.
Act as a liaison between the business and technical teams, ensuring smooth communication and mutual understanding of project goals and requirements.

Requirements:

Minimum of 3-5 years as a System Analyst or Business Analyst, with a strong focus on translating business requirements into technical solutions, preferably within the trucking or logistics industry.
Proficiency in system analysis tools, requirement modeling, and technical documentation.
Knowledge of APIs, databases, and integration techniques, especially with ELD, GPS, or logistics software.
Strong understanding of the trucking, dispatch, and logistics industries, including relevant regulations, best practices, and operational challenges.
Strong verbal and written English, Romanian and Russian communication skills, capable of translating complex technical concepts into easily understood language for business stakeholders and vice versa.
Ability to work collaboratively across departments and teams to ensure alignment and successful project execution.
Basic understanding of IT systems, software development lifecycle (SDLC), and system architecture.
Familiarity with tools used for documentation and project management (Confluence, Jira, Lucid Chart, Miro chart or similar).
Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail and accuracy.
