Sales Manager (Direct Clients, B2B Messaging) Hoick.eu

And now we’re looking for a Sales Manager who wants to grow fast, close impactful deals, and significantly increase their income through our high-performance bonus system.
This role is not about “selling SMS.” This role is about advising global brands on how to optimize their communication strategy and getting rewarded for every win.

You work with direct enterprise clients your deals directly grow revenue.
You sell value, not commodity: quality, routing, delivery, speed, analytics.
You position yourself as a trusted advisor, not a pushy salesperson.

You can upsell channels with extremely high demand: Telegram, WhatsApp, Viber, RCS, and more.

Whatyouwilldo

Run the entire sales cycle with direct clients globally.
Analyze current client communication flows and propose improvements that increase their ROI.
Use metrics delivery rate, CTR, routing quality, message cost to demonstrate value.
Build relationships with CMO, CTO, COO and other decision-makers.
Negotiate strategically in price-sensitive markets and win deals through value.
Identify and execute upsell and cross-sell opportunities across messaging channels.
Collaborate with internal teams: tech, legal, finance.
Attend international conferences and expand your client network.

You are a great fit if you

Have an extensive experience in B2B sales (telecom, SaaS, martech, ecommerce, fintech, iGaming or similar).
Feel confident discussing metrics, performance, and business impact.
Can speak to directors on equal terms and build trust.
Understand that price is only one part of the equation value matters more.
Speak English at B2+ level for business communication.
Act like an advisor, not a transactional salesperson.
