Customer Sales Representative

We are looking for a Customer Sales Representative to join us. In this role, you'll build strong customer relationships, identify business opportunities, negotiate contracts, and provide exceptional service while meeting sales targets and maintaining accurate records.
Responsibilities:

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers;
Identify new business opportunities and generate leads;
Negotiate rates and secure freight contracts;
Provide outstanding customer service and resolve shipment issues;
Meet and exceed sales targets;
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.

Requirements:

Minimum six months of sales experience in the U.S. or Canadian freight market;
Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills;
Ability to work independently and in team;
Proficiency in CRM and load board platforms is a plus;
High-energy, goal-oriented mindset;
Availability to work evening shifts: Monday-Friday, 3:00 PM - 12:00 AM.
