Dispatcher / Customer & Sales Coordinator

We are an auto-transport broker company looking for a proactive team member who can close customers, negotiate prices, send quotes, and manage transport orders from start to finish. Your main focus will be sales + dispatch, while ensuring every vehicle is transported safely and on time.

Key Responsibilities

Price leads and send quotes to customers.
Follow up on leads to convert them into booked orders.
Work with new, unique leads and build strong customer relationships.
Understand customer needs and meet customer expectations on every shipment.
Communicate with new and existing customers, explain services, negotiate rates, and close transport orders.
Find drivers, check their documents, and dispatch vehicles safely and on time.
Coordinate transport with drivers, monitor updates, provide customer communication, and resolve issues.
Maintain order information, documentation, and communication logs accurately.

Requirements

Strong sales and negotiation skills — confident communication, objection handling, and closing deals.
Excellent customer-service and communication abilities.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and stay calm under pressure.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Experience in logistics, dispatching, customer service, or sales is a plus.

Salary

Base salary + commission from dispatch + commission from sales.
Your earnings grow directly with successful bookings and dispatched loads.
