Qoobus (QBS) is launching a new dispatch company in Moldova, dedicated to providing top-tier logistics solutions to the U.S. market. Leveraging our established expertise and network in logistics, QBS aims to redefine dispatching excellence. Dry Van, Open Deck, Conestoga, and Reefer trailers.

As a Truck Dispatcher, You Will
Talk to company representatives (brokers/shippers) to negotiate the best price for loads
Ensure trucks are always booked with cargo
Plan drivers’ routes from Point A to Point B across the USA
Coordinate and assist multiple drivers to ensure efficient, on-time load delivery
Resolve any issues or emergencies during transit quickly and effectively
Who You Are
You have at least 6 months of experience as a dispatcher in the U.S. trucking industry
Fluent in english - strong communication skills are essential
Great communicator & problem-solver - you negotiate effectively and handle challenges under pressure
Team player - you work well independently but also thrive in a collaborative environment
Have the ability to keep track of multiple loads, trucks, and timelines without missing a beat
Available to work on-site (Chisinau office): Monday to Friday from 15:00 to 00:00
