Junior Data Entry Specialist

Boekestijn Transport Service was started in 1994 in Mill, Netherlands. In those days there were three Boekestijn trucks on the road. Boekestijn Transport Service is looking for a Junior Data Entry Specialist to join our Fuel Control team. This is a great opportunity for recent graduates eager to start their careers in an international company. In this role you will:

Process and verify fuel transactions, ensuring the accuracy and completeness of the data;
Maintain and update fuel databases, ensuring all records are accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with company standards;
Monitor fuel cards and fleet fueling activities to detect anomalies and prevent fraud;
Communicate with drivers via phone calls to explain fueling rules and resolve any errors related to truck refueling procedures;
Collaborate with team members across departments to ensure smooth operations and continuous process improvements.

Requirements:

Student or recent graduate in Business, Finance, Logistics or a related field;
Comfortable using MS Excel and ready to develop advanced skills in data analysis and reporting;
English language proficiency at a minimum B1 level;
Exposure to working with data, either through studies, internships, or personal projects;
Ability to work effectively in a team and independently when needed.
