Astel LLC is an international transportation company founded in 2008. We have a modern fleet, a friendly team, and ambitious growth plans. Today, the company employs over 70 drivers and 30+ office staff — and we keep growing, looking for new people to join our team.
Work format: remote or hybrid (1–2 days per week in the office, the rest — remotely)
Schedule: 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM (in winter: 4:00 PM – 1:00 AM)
Responsibilities:
Searching for and recruiting long-haul truck drivers (mostly Russian-speaking, sometimes English-speaking).
Posting vacancies and advertisements (job boards, targeted ads, social media).
Coordinating with the designer on recruitment banners and ads.
Recruiting office staff (posting job ads, initial screening).
Building and developing hiring and onboarding systems.
Participating in the creation of a corporate university and training materials.
Performing administrative tasks assigned by the HR manager (meeting minutes, task tracking, reporting).
Requirements:
Availability to work in the afternoon and evening hours (Moscow time).
Confident PC skills (Google Docs, Google Sheets, messengers, social media).
Strong interest in HR and willingness to develop in the field.
Excellent verbal communication (Russian is a must, English at a conversational level is a plus).
Proactivity, responsibility, reliability, and ability to learn quickly.
