SQL Developer

We are seeking a self-motivated Microsoft SQL developer with two or more years of experience. This is a contract (40 hours per week) position. It is 100% telecommuting.

Requirements:
• Excellent experience in SQLServer
• Excellent experience with Microsoft Azure
• Excellent experience with SSIS, Data Factory and other Azure integration tools
• Experience with performance optimization
• Proficient in MS Office applications
• Proficient in Agile development methodology
• Experience in reading and understanding functional documentation
• Knowledge of Wrike a plus

Your responsibilities will include:
• Reading and commenting on technical architecture and functional documentation
• Reading data models
• SQL Programming
• Develop unit test cases for modules and screens you create
• Back-end development in SQL and SSIS/Azure Data Factory
• Optimize application for maximum speed and scalability
• Supporting other team members during systems and integration testing
• Estimate the labor it will take you to complete work, such coding a module or function
• Attending and contributing to SCRUM meetings
• Creating documentation (in code and in MS Word) describing how a program you wrote flows
• Translate functional and technical requirements to implement solutions
• Experience working remotely with team members who are located globally

• Proficiency in written and spoken English
