After-Hours Coordinator

Job description:

• Maintain and update logbooks, reports, and operational records (e.g., driver logs, safety inspections, incident reports).
• Ensure timely and accurate data entry complies with company standards and industry regulations.
• Conduct regular audits of logs and follow up on inconsistencies or missing data.
• Collaborate with team leads, dispatchers, and safety personnel to gather and verify information.
• Resolving urgent issues related to shipments, delays, or breakdowns
• Communicating with brokers, shippers, and receivers as needed
• Tracking loads and updating systems accordingly

Requirements:

• Fluent conversational English and Russian
• Open-minded and fast-learning person
• Minimum knowledge of trucking equipment
• Previous Experience is highly appreciated
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
• Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
