Client Experience Specialist

We are looking for a dynamic, proactive and a highly organized and efficient Client Experience Specialist. The Client Experience Specialist is responsible for connecting with clients after service visits, gathering feedback, and ensuring a positive customer experience to improve technician performance and overall satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Receive inbound calls from technicians/clients after a technician completes a service visit;
- Collect and record client feedback regarding the service provided;
- Address any concerns promptly or escalate to the appropriate department;
- Track and report customer satisfaction levels (NPS) to management;
- Maintain accurate records of calls, feedback, and follow-up actions.
Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal and written English skills;
- Strong attention to detail and ability to document feedback accurately;
- Customer service or call center experience is an advantage.
