Why this role exists:
This role exists to ensure accurate, controlled, and compliant sports trading operations — keeping markets live, odds competitive, risks managed, and customer activity monitored in line with internal strategy.

What you’ll drive:

• Sports events trading and market accuracy
• Own setup, publication, and live trading of sports events across assigned markets.
• Ensure odds accuracy by analyzing internal prices and benchmarking them against the market.
• Maintain correct mapping of tournaments, teams, players, and auto-creation settings to keep markets stable and tradable.
• Risk control and trading discipline
• Apply primary risk management during live and pre-match trading.
• Follow established trading strategies to protect margins and achieve trading goals.
• Review over-asks and betting activity in line with internal risk and pricing strategy.
• Operational quality and incident handling
• Detect trading, content, and provider-related errors impacting markets or customer experience.
• Coordinate with providers and internal teams to resolve incidents quickly and prevent повторення.
• Monitor site and product content to ensure correctness, availability, and consistency.
• Customer behavior monitoring and collaboration
• Analyze customer activity to identify suspicious behavior and betting patterns.
• Communicate with customers, regions, and internal stakeholders via dedicated support channels.
• Continuously build trading expertise by learning new tools, systems, and trading capabilities.

What makes you a GR8 fit:
Must-have

• Basic understanding of sports betting operations and how bookmakers work.
• Knowledge of betting markets, odds, and rules across at least one major sport.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to spot inconsistencies in odds, data, or event setup.
• Comfort working with numbers, odds calculations, and basic mathematical logic.
• Ability to stay focused and effective while handling a high volume of live events.
• Team-oriented mindset with readiness to follow trading strategies and senior guidance.
• Intermediate English.

Nice-to-have

• Experience working with spreadsheets (Excel or similar) for basic data analysis.
• Previous exposure to sports trading, risk, or operational roles.
• Understanding of compliance rules and regulated environments.
