We are seeking a Marketing Manager for a leading company in the industrial sector.

Marketing Manager

In this role, you will drive the company’s marketing efforts, enhance brand visibility, and achieve business goals.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute impactful marketing strategies tailored to business objectives.
Plan and oversee product launches and promotional campaigns.
Conduct market research and analyze competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
Manage and optimize the marketing budget effectively.
Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure alignment between marketing and sales strategies.
Measure and report the performance of marketing campaigns, providing actionable insights.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field;
At least 5 years of experience in marketing management, preferably in the industrial sector;
Solid expertise in digital marketing (SEO, SEM, social media) and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot);
Proven ability to create and execute effective marketing plans aligned with business goals;
Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple campaigns;
Fluency in Romanian and English, both written and spoken;
Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills;
Creative, results-driven mindset with strong collaboration abilities.
