PRODUCT OWNER – MOBILE APP, NICOSIA, CYPRUS (WITH RELOCATION SUPPORT!)

Our client is a dynamic Ukrainian retail company undergoing rapid growth, with a strong focus on innovation, digital transformation, and active expansion into European markets.

As part of their strategic development, the company is building a mobile loyalty ecosystem to strengthen customer engagement and support business growth. To lead this direction, they are looking for a skilled Product Owner– Mobile App, based in Nicosia, Cyprus, to oversee the full lifecycle of the mobile application.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain the product backlog.
• Define task priorities in alignment with the company’s goals.
• Align business expectations with the capabilities of the development team.
• Continuously improve the product based on user feedback and analytics.
• Launch new features to the market and ensure their ongoing enhancement.
• Ensure the product meets key performance indicators (KPI/OKR).

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager, preferably in e-commerce or retail.
• Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum principles.
• Strong skills in writing technical and business requirements.
• Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Figma, or their equivalents.
• Experience with analytics tools (Google Analytics, BI platforms, etc.).
• Understanding of the digital product lifecycle.
• Ability to work with customer insights (interviews, surveys, JTBD).
• Higher education in management, business analytics, IT, or related fields.
